Our passenger pick-up and drop-off is located under the Express Park building located close to the terminal.
Please be aware, no waiting is permitted. If your passenger isn't ready and waiting, please head to our Wait Zone where you can wait free. Located just 500 metres away. If you stay longer than 5 minutes, you’ll be asked to move to the Wait Zone.
As you enter and exit, expect to see a new barrier arm down. This will automatically go up upon entering and exiting. Don’t worry, our pick-up and drop-off area continues to be a free service despite the new barrier.
The pick-up and drop-off area has dedicated mobility parks as you exit on the left-hand side. 10 minutes parking is allowed while assisting a passenger to or from the terminal. Please remember to display your mobility parking permit.
The pick-up and drop-off area has a 3.5m height restriction.
